Project & Programme Management

Our project managers help clients significantly increase the likelihood of project delivery success and realise the business benefits underpinning their project. Using our business project management expertise, structured methodologies (Prince 2, DSDM, RAD, PMI, Agile etc) and proven solutions, we will work with you throughout the project lifecycle from planning to execution to project closesure - to help you deliver a successful project and maximise the intended business benefits.

E-Works Project Managers provide project assessments and will help you staff and manage a Project Management Office. We will help you develop a roadmap to project success by:

  • Integrating a business case and benefits realisation process into the project from inception to ensure project benefits are monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing you with an independent assessment of your project’s processes, controls and deliverables.
  • Identifying risks, recommending steps to address them, filling gaps in critical skills and methodologies and developing a prioritised process for making decisions, and controlling costs and scope.
  • Providing senior management with an independent perspective on project status.
  • Perform operational readiness assessments to be sure your processes, teams and technologies are ready to “go live”
  • Optimising project management and reducing costs through
    • Establishing proven processes, such as project and programme support offices
    • Critical path analysis at major milestones and recommendation for improvement
  •
  • Developing customised monitoring reports to help control your project metrics and communicate to senior management

Following every project management assignement we hope to leave behind some new skills with your team. If you need to review these newly learned skills and hone them to perfection we provide further coaching through our Training and Mentoring programmes
