Cliff Lake (Principal Consultant)

Cliff joined E-Works in 2000 following several years as Programme Director with a world leading communications organisation in charge of project delivery, he is also responsible for the delivery of many world class leisure attraction projects around the globe.

He is acknowledged as one of the UK's leading management consultants specialising in project and portfolio management, organisational change management, implementing project management processes and strengthening project and programme support offices. He has successfully planned and deployed Prince 2 and other methodologies and project managers toolkits to many industry leading organisations and trained hundreds of managers and stakeholders on the tools & processes supporting business change.

He holds a BSc in physics, an MBA as well as LL.B Hons. He is Prince 2 accredited and has been a practicing project management professional for more than 20 years.

Jan Lake: (Company Secretary)

Jan heads up our Small Business Service division. In the past 3 years Jan has developed our accounting and bookkeeping services into a thriving business. Jan has spent almost 25 years in financial and personnel services

Janette Paige (Financial Director)

Janette heads up our financial services team and provides cost control on all assignments. Previously with Lovells for over 10 years she provides solid financial stability.

 

Dr Robert Townend (Consultant in Computer Sciences)

Robert is retained by E-Works to provide input into all areas of systems integration & IT development.
